What exactly does the PrepareDatabaseforDataFresh method do? Is it necessary to call it prior to each text fixture being run, or is it sufficient to run it once prior to dataFresh being used with a database for the first time?

The PrepareDatabaseforDataFresh method needs only to be executed one time. It is reponsible for adding the triggers, stored procedures and the change table used by dataFresh to track changes in the database.
